Are you able to visit a nursing home, hospital or relative/friend in their home?
We currently operate out of Melbourne but service metro and regional locations. Please contact us on 1300 365 504 to organise a visit to your area. We are increasing our distributors in all states so please contact us directly to see whether we service your area.
We are happy to provide either an electronic or a hard copy version of our catalogue for your reference. Please call us to request one, or email via our contact form
As another alternative we are happy to post out relevant products, and due to our effective return policy we are happy to have goods returned if they are unsuitable for any reason.
How can I become a distributor, agent or sell your clothing in my store?

How do I know what size I am?
Each item of clothing has a Sizing Chart when you click onto a particular item in 'Shop Now' you will find the measurements in the body of detail. There is a Sizing Chart icon available at the bottom of the 'Home' page to assist in finding the appropriate size for you or your client. If you are unsure or you have further questions please don't hesitate to contact us on 1300 365 504 and we can help you find the right item for your needs.

Can the clothing endure the Nursing Home laundry?
All our products have been tested in nursing home laundry facilities and come with specific washing instructions. They have been specifically made and designed to endure the rigorous nursing home washing process and high temperatures.
How is the clothing easier to put on?
Each clothing item has been specifically designed to be easier to put on, yet fashionable and functional. If you go to 'Shop Now' and click images located in each item of clothing as it will give you a good visual representation of the adaptions made to the clothing. A video will soon be available for you to watch.

What if I don’t like the item style or colour after a purchase. What is your return policy?
How quickly will my order be sent?
At Caring Clothing we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt unless you have ordered a special item. In the event that we are out of stock of an item, you will be notified if there will be a delay in sending out your order, this will usually only be 2-3 days.
Do you send your products overseas?
Yes we are more than happy to post orders overseas, your shipping costs will be relevant to the destination country and will be calculated accordingly. We can also provide you with a quote prior to processing your order. Please contact us for more information.
