Caring Clothing is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Caring Clothing please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, the return shipping fees will be at your cost. However, if the item you have received is faulty, or different to what was described please call 1300 365 504 and we will cover the return shipping costs.
How to return:
- You can return within 30 days of receipt of order
- The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. They must not be washed or have name labels attached.
- Please include your completed Return Form which can be located by clicking here.
- You should allow 15 working days for your return to be dispatched
Note: Unfortunately, your postage charges on the original order are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. Please contact us for more information.
All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.

If you are exchanging an item for another colour or size because you have changed your mind please send the items to PO BOX 7001, Glen Iris, VIC, 3146 in their original condition and packaging along with our returns form.
If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, you may wish to place it on back-order. You will be advised of the expected dispatch date either by phone or email and the product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available.
You will not be charged any additional delivery costs for back-ordered items delivered to you at a later date. Your credit card will not be charged for back-ordered items until they are dispatched, however for security reasons, all cheques will be banked on receipt.
Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid, unless a balance exists on your customer number. If you are owed less than $5 in total, our policy is to hold this amount and automatically deduct it from the total of your next order. However you can request a refund by calling 1300 365 504.
Please note: if you paid for your order by PayPal and return items, your money will be refunded back into your PayPal account. This may take up to 30 days as part of PayPal's Refund Policy. You can read this here.
