How do I place an NDIS order?

Caring Clothing's adaptive clothing items can be purchased as part of your NDIS Plan if you are Self Managed or Plan Managed. Our items can be included as part of your consumables if they are deemed "reasonable and necessary" everyday items required to assist and manage your individual personal disability-related needs.

⚠️ Please note: All orders are dispatched only once payment has been received or an approved invoice arrangement is confirmed. Items will not be sent prior to payment being made or a valid NDIS invoice being raised.

How to place your order

You can place an order or request a quote directly on our website at www.caringclothing.com.au. Follow the steps below:

  1. Add relevant items to your shopping cart.
  2. Once at checkout, please tick the NDIS funded option.

A dropdown menu will appear. Please complete the participant details and indicate how the plan is managed.

Please identify how you are managed.

You will need to identify how this order will be paid by choosing one of the options below:

If you choose Plan Manager, it will prompt you for their email and phone number.

Please add any delivery instructions or comments you wish to be noted.

Once all fields have been completed, click Checkout.

  1. Complete your contact and delivery details, then click Continue to Shipping.
  2. Confirm your email, shipping address and shipping costs, then click Continue to Payment.
  3. If you would like to be invoiced and payment will be made via the NDIS portal or Plan Manager, please select Invoice.
  4. Choose your billing address and complete your order.
  5. A confirmation email will be sent to you and your Plan Manager (if relevant).

Payment timeframes

Please note: your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received or confirmed.

Payment made by Process Estimated timeframe
Plan Manager Caring Clothing will email the invoice to your Plan Manager. Order dispatched once payment is received. Approximately 10 days (depending on Plan Manager)
Self-Managed Caring Clothing will email you the invoice for payment. Order dispatched once payment is received. At your discretion
Agency / NDIA Managed You will need to contact your agency to arrange payment via the NDIS portal. Order dispatched once payment is confirmed. Usually within 48 hours of portal upload
