The Tess Pant opens fully at both sides with velcro, so the pants can be put on while seated, lying down, or in a wheelchair — no stepping in, no pulling up.

• Size 8 — waist approx 66cm / hips approx 90cm
• Size 10 — waist approx 70cm / hips approx 94cm
• Size 12 — waist approx 74cm / hips approx 98cm
• Size 14 — waist approx 78cm / hips approx 102cm
• Size 16 — waist approx 83cm / hips approx 107cm
• Size 18 — waist approx 88cm / hips approx 112cm
• Size 22 — waist approx 100cm / hips approx 124cm

If she carries weight around the hips or wears incontinence pads, go up one size. The elasticated waist adjusts, but the hip measurement is the critical one.
